I was introduced to Scott via a mutual friend and urbanism colleague Josh Paget of the Better Cities Film Festival. In this conversation, we discuss the necessity to build more housing near meaningful destinations, reclaiming our public realm that has been given over to cars, and the buildout of a safe and inviting active mobility network.
The other day my good friend Josh Paget of the Better Cities Film Festival (formerly known as the New Urbanism Film Fest) reached out and said ‘you have got to interview my buddy Scott, he’s passionate about cities for people, and he’s running for city council in LA.’
